Pfaff Tear-A-Way Light Stabilizer - 15" x 10yds

Pfaff® Tear-A-Way Light Stabilizer – 15" x 10 yds is the perfect choice for light stitch count embroidery like Redwork, outline stitching, and delicate decorative designs. This lightweight stabilizer is ideal for woven fabrics and other stable materials, offering just the right amount of temporary support to prevent puckering while keeping your stitches sharp and precise. It tears away easily after stitching, leaving your fabric clean and your embroidery crisp.

For added reinforcement, up to three layers of Pfaff® Tear-A-Way Light can be used without adding noticeable bulk, making it a versatile essential for lighter embroidery projects.
How to Use:
  • Cut the Stabilizer: Cut a piece large enough to cover your embroidery area, with at least 1" of extra stabilizer on all four sides of your hoop.
  • Position the Stabilizer: Place the stabilizer on the wrong side of the fabric where your design will be stitched.
  • Hoop the Fabric and Stabilizer: Hoop both layers together, ensuring they're held evenly and securely.
  • Tighten the Hoop: Adjust the hoop tension so the fabric is taut but not stretched out of shape.
  • Stitch the Embroidery: Complete your design as usual.
  • Remove Excess Stabilizer: Gently tear away the stabilizer from around the finished embroidery.
Pfaff® Tear-A-Way Light Stabilizer is your go-to for low-density designs—providing just enough hold to keep stitches clean while allowing easy removal that won't disturb your delicate work.
